These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including website development and design, graphic design, car wraps, business facade renovation and design, video editing services, and marketing promotionals design and printing. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2.1 Website Development and Design

• We provide custom website development and design services tailored to your business needs. All website designs are subject to client approval before final implementation.

• Any additional changes requested after the initial approval may incur additional costs.

2.2 Graphic Design

​

• Our graphic design services include branding, logo design, and various marketing materials. Design drafts will be provided for client feedback.

• Final designs will be delivered in agreed formats. Revisions beyond the included drafts may be subject to additional charges.

2.3 Car Wraps

​

• Car wrap services include design, printing, and installation. All designs will be approved by the client before production.

• Installation schedules are subject to weather conditions and other external factors. Delays will be communicated promptly.

2.4 Business Facade Renovation and Design

​

• We offer comprehensive business facade renovation and design services, including consultation, design, and implementation.

• Project timelines and costs will be outlined in the project proposal. Changes to the scope of work may result in additional costs and adjusted timelines.

2.5 Video Editing Services

​

• Our video editing services cater to various formats, including short-form social media content and long-form videos. Clients must provide clear guidelines and necessary raw footage.

• Revisions are included within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or changes may incur extra charges.

2.6 Marketing Promotional Design and Printing

​

• We design and print marketing promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and banners. Clients must approve design proofs before printing.

• Printing errors arising from client-approved designs are not the responsibility of Edilab Studio. Reprints may be arranged at the client’s expense.

• A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before the commencement of any work.

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and client approval. Final deliverables will be provided after full payment is received.

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees.

• Clients must provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of the project.

• Any delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.

• Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed during the course of the project.

• Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

• Edilab Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms.

• Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Massachussets where Edilab Studio operates.

• Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.

• Edilab Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
